that most independent tutors juggle. Open it in the morning, teach all day,
close it at night.
What it does
- Today — your lessons in order, who's next, whether
they've paid, and what you covered last time
- Schedule — weekly timetable with recurring lessons and
clash warnings
- Students — contact and guardian details, teaching
notes, attendance and full history
- Billing — charge per lesson or issue blocks, track
payments, refunds, overdue balances and credit
- Reports — income by month, teaching hours, no-show
rates and what you're still owed
Your data stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no
analytics — CopperPen works completely offline, and you can export
everything to CSV or JSON whenever you like.
Getting it
CopperPen is in development for Android. Free for up to five active
students.
